MacBook Air M3: 3 new features that you won’t find on the MacBook Air M2
At first glance, you might think there are no major updates with the new MacBook Air. However, the M3 chip alone produces a significant performance increase. MacBook Air is up to 60% faster than the M1 chip that launched in MacBook Air models in 2020.

How is WiFi 6E different from WiFi 6? Without getting too nerdy, compared to WiFi 6, WiFi 6E is designed to reduce latency and offer faster wireless speeds. Thanks to WiFi 6E, Apple claims that data transmission should be twice as fast as the previous generation.
2. Dual screen support
The new MacBook Air M3 now supports up to two external 5K 60Hz displays, but only when the laptop lid is closed. (The MacBook Air M2 only supported an external display.)
It’s also worth noting that the MacBook Air M3 can support an external display with up to 6K resolution at a 60Hz refresh rate.
