Isaac’s behavior began to worsen in early September 2021 and Mrs Akinde says the school was doing everything it could to address it. She says she was in regular contact with local authorities but, despite her pleas, she received little support. Medway Council disputes this, saying it did not become aware of Isaac’s problems until late November.
